FENU’s overarching governance body is the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which meets once a year.
The FENU AGM is made up of FENU members who come together to discuss the work being undertaken and make key decisions.
The AGM elects organisations who meet throughout the year to ensure FENU is fulfilling it’s mandate and keeping to it’s strategic plan.
The FENU board has seven members that are from different organizations who are elected at the Annual General Meeting. These members meet on a quarterly basis to ensure that the FENU Secretariat is implementing activities in line with the FENU Strategic plan and procedural guidelines.
